KNOW PEOPLE WITH LOW SELF ESTEEM/CONFIDENCE?

well, its great that you have high self esteem but it all doesn't stop there!
but before i go on, i would like to ask you something.
you don't have to reply me anything,
but just know deep down in your heart,

when is the last time you praised someone of what they had done?

its funny how people can remember each other's weaknesses,

but forget about each other's strength

remember what terrible things one has done,

while forget about what one has done to help you.

remember what one once owe you,

while forget what you once taken from one.

-from valerie's post @'MY STORIES' she wrote that self confidence

can be gained through other's opinion.

and i thought that was quite true too.

If you were to help some one in need, for example,

a little boy had fell down,

you went forward to help him get up.

When he gets up, he said' THANK YOU'

and flashed a sweet grateful smile to you.

WOW, don't you feel that your help was appreciated by the little boy?

and that will result in you being more confident in yourself,

that you will walk towards anybody who is in need of help, and therefore

be more confident about helping others.

it is easy to praise someone of what they had done, it not necessary be a help to you.

for example, when we are in GB,

girls in the school will be given chances to lead.

it could be their first try and they are afraid.

however, just by saying

'WELL DONE','GOOD TRY','YOU CAN DO IT'

it will boost their self confidence.

just a few words can actually do something GOOD to someone.

Therefore, don hesitate to praise someone!

you will never know what help you could have given to that person!

BE KIND TO OTHERS,

BE KIND TO YOURSELF.
